Job Candidate Deck: Sales Director

Purpose

The client came with the request for a complete design overhaul of the presentation that they had prepared for a concrete occasion. They have been shortlisted for the position of Sales Director for a fast-growing online brand in the medical sector in the US. Having a polished-out resume and cover letter is far from enough in the present day of overwhelming competition. Standing out is a necessity for the ambitious professional that is always on the lookout for the best new challenge. This boutique slide deck is a natural continuation of the conversation between my client and the company in question. The document relies on in-depth research, highlights their qualities and skill set and is a direct value proposition, positioning the client away from the other shortlisted competitors.

Design Highlights

The presentation relies heavily on the sharp and energy-packed green-blue gradient. The document features several custom-made components. First of them is the process diagram that was originally developed by Microsoft as an add-in component and then modified by me to support 12 steps instead of 9. After that we have the five year time-line spread into square fragments, representing each year. A custom four-piece Venn diagram highlights the contrast between the current approach and the proposition of the client.
